Laura Ivaskaite was appointed as a Fleet Development Manager of Smartlynx Airlines Group in 2021, with oversight of fleet expansion initiatives and A321F cargo conversion programme. Across 2021 and 2022, Smartlynx Fleet Management Team added almost 40 aircraft into the fleet and ran various complex initiatives, including introduction of Boeing 737 8 MAX type, A321F sale leasebacks and acquisitions of various green time assets. Laura holds a Master’s degree from King's College London, UK.
