Remko Bruinsma is head of asset management services within MTU Maintenance Lease Services focussing on CFM56 and CF34 engine types. His responsibilities include engine trading, shop visit management and engine tear down. Remko has almost 15 years of experience in the leasing industry of which five years with MTU, during which he gained experience on closing various CFM transactions. Prior to MTU he has been working with SGI Aviation where he was responsible for the company’s lease and asset management activities. Remko holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aviation from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
